What is ReBOUNCE?

ReBOUNCE is a UK-based hair care brand created specifically for curly hair. Everything we make is designed to celebrate, nourish, and define your natural curl pattern — whether you're a loose wave or a tight coil. We believe curly hair deserves products that actually work with your texture, not against it.

What curl types are your products suitable for?

Our products are formulated for all curl types, from wavy hair (type 2) through to coily hair (type 4). Each product listing specifies which curl types it works best for, so you can build a routine that's tailored to your texture. Are your products Curly Girl Method (CGM) friendly?

Yes! All ReBOUNCE products are formulated to be compatible with the Curly Girl Method. That means no sulphates, no silicones, and no harsh alcohols - just ingredients that keep your curls clean, hydrated, and happy. Each product page clearly lists the full ingredient list so you can always check for yourself.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. ReBOUNCE products are 100% vegan and we never test on animals. We believe beautiful hair care should never come at the expense of others.

Are your products safe for colour-treated or chemically processed hair?

Yes — our products are gentle enough for colour-treated, bleached, relaxed, and chemically processed curls. In fact, processed hair often needs extra hydration, and that's exactly what our formulas are designed to deliver.

Where are your products made?

ReBOUNCE products are manufactured in the UK and comply with all UK and EU cosmetics regulations, including the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2004. Every product has been assessed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor before going on sale.

How To Use

How do I build a ReBOUNCE routine?

Every ReBOUNCE product is designed to work as part of a layered routine - each one does a specific job, and together they give your curls hydration, definition, volume, and hold without any buildup.

How much product should I use?

Start with less than you think you need - curly hair often requires less product than people expect, especially on the first try. A good rule of thumb: for short to mid-length hair, a 50p-coin sized amount of product per step. For longer or thicker hair, you can work up from there. Over time you'll find what works for your hair.

How do I refresh my curls between wash days?

You don't need a full wash day to bring your curls back to life. To refresh, lightly dampen your hair with water using a spray bottle, then scrunch in a small amount of ReHOLD Curl Scrunching Jelly or ReBOOST Curl Boosting Foam to reactivate your curl pattern. Focus on areas that have dropped or gone frizzy. Scrunch upwards, then either air-dry or diffuse briefly. A little goes a long way - start with less than you think you need.

Why do my curls feel crunchy after drying, and what do I do?

Don't panic - this is completely normal and actually a sign your styling products are working! When ReHOLD Curl Scrunching Jelly (or any gel-based styler) dries, it forms a light cast around your curls to lock in their shape. Once your hair is fully dry, simply scrunch your curls firmly with your hands to break the cast. This releases the hold and reveals soft, bouncy, touchable curls underneath. The key word is fully — scrunching too early while hair is still damp can cause frizz.

Orders + Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely - we never store your payment details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible once your order is confirmed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@byrebounce.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make amendments.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?

Contact us immediately at hello@byrebounce.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update it for you. If it's already on its way, you'll need to contact Royal Mail directly to redirect the parcel.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes — as soon as your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. You'll receive a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive these, please check your spam folder and add hello@byrebounce.com to your contacts.

Shipping + Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all UK addresses, as well as internationally to EU countries and worldwide destinations. Some remote UK postcodes (including certain Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland addresses) may require additional delivery time.

How long does delivery take?

UK Standard delivery (Royal Mail) typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. UK Tracked next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm on working days. International orders typically take 5–14 working days depending on your destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £30. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat rate of £3.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes — all orders dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked will include a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. Standard Royal Mail orders are not tracked but will arrive within the estimated delivery window. If you'd like full tracking, select the Tracked Next Day option at checkout.

My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information (if applicable) and contact your local Royal Mail sorting office in case it's being held for collection. If you're still having trouble, get in touch at hello@byrebounce.com with your order number and we'll investigate for you.

Returns + Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your ReBOUNCE products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of haircare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

My product arrived damaged - what do I do?

We're really sorry to hear that! Please contact us at hello@byrebounce.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — no need to return the damaged item.

I received the wrong item — what do I do?

We're sorry for the mix-up! Get in touch at hello@byrebounce.com with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll get the correct item sent out to you straight away.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, email us at hello@byrebounce.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm whether your return is eligible and provide you with the return address. Please note that return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's been processed. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for it to appear in your account depending on your bank.
