Refund policy

We want your ReBOUNCE products to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Below you'll find everything you need to know if something isn't right and you wish to make a return or request refund.

Our returns policy

We hope you love every ReBOUNCE product you receive. However, if you change your mind, we're happy to accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Due to the nature of haircare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at hello@byrebounce.com with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide you with our return address.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us using a tracked postal service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We'll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at hello@byrebounce.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — you won't need to return the item in most cases.

Wrong item received

If you've received an incorrect item, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at hello@byrebounce.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll get the correct item sent out to you as a priority.

ReBOUNCE is a UK-based business. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
