Shipping policy
We want your ReBOUNCE products to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to do if something isn't right.
Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email — and tracking information where applicable — as soon as your order is on its way.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Please note that some remote UK postcodes — including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man — may be subject to longer delivery times or additional shipping charges. If your address falls into one of these areas, we'll contact you before dispatching your order.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country's customs procedures. ReBOUNCE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by your local authority on delivery. These charges are entirely outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order. ReBOUNCE is not responsible for any packages held or returned by customs.
Tracking information
Orders sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 will include a Royal Mail tracking number in your dispatch email. You can use this to follow your parcel at royalmail.com.
Standard Royal Mail orders are not individually tracked, but should arrive within the estimated delivery window. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation (UK) or 21 working days (international), please contact us and we'll look into it.
